Lume Furniture Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping

  • Delivery Times: Most orders ship within 4-6 weeks. Large furniture items may require additional processing time and could take up to 10 weeks. You will receive a confirmation email with estimated delivery dates once your order is placed.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total and delivery location. You can view our shipping rates before checkout.

  • Delivery Methods: We use reputable courier services to deliver your furniture. You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

  • Delivery Restrictions: We are currently only able to ship orders within South Africa. We are working on expanding our shipping zone in the future.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Return Policy: You can return some items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all original tags and accessories.

  • Exchanges: Strictly no exchanges

  • Return Method: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at furniture[at]lume18.co.za or through your online account.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Some items, such as furniture and clearance items, are not eligible for return or exchange. Please see the product description for details.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or repair, at our discretion.

  • Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving your returned item.

Please Note:

  • You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item unless the item is damaged or defective.

  • If you refuse delivery of your order, you will be responsible for the original shipping cost as well as a return shipping fee.
